Мета дослідження: дослідити основні сфери застосування інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій у практиці сучасної соціальної роботи. Теоретична і практична значущість дослідження полягає у можливості використання результатів при подальшому вивченні та експлуатації новітніх прикладів інформаційно-комунікаційних технології в професійній соціальній роботі.
