Магістерська робота присвячена вивченню видового складу та успішності інтродукції видів роду Сніжноягідник (Symphoricarpos Duhamel) у Лісостепу України. Для реалізації мети було проаналізовано каталоги колекцій ботанічних установ України на предмет наявності в їхньому складі видів роду Symphoricarpos, вивчено систематичне положення та філогенетичні зв'язки сніжноягідників, встановлено особливості сезонного ритму росту і розвитку, зимостійкість і посухостійкість та успішність інтродукції видів роду Symphoricarpos в умовах вторинного ареалу. Встановлено, що більшість видів сніжноягідників добре адаптувались до нових умов і тому для цих рослин притаманний значний потенціал для впровадження у різні типи декоративних зелених насаджень. Оскільки сніжноягідники демонструють високу адаптацію та декоративні якості, їх можна успішно використовувати для озеленення в різних умовах за належного догляду та правильного вибору ділянок для посадки. The master's work is devoted to the study of the species composition and introduction success of the species of the genus Symphoricarpos Duhamel in the Forest-Steppe of Ukraine. To achieve this goal the catalogues of collections of botanical institutions of Ukraine were analysed for the presence of species of the genus Symphoricarpos, the systematic position and phylogenetic relationships of Symphoricarpos were studied, the peculiarities of the seasonal rhythm of growth and development, winter hardiness and drought tolerance and the success of the introduction of species of the genus Symphoricarpos in the secondary habitat were established. It has been found that most species of snowberries have adapted well to new conditions and therefore these plants have a significant potential for introduction into various types of ornamental green spaces. Since snowberry species demonstrate high adaptability and decorative qualities, they can be successfully used for landscaping in various conditions with proper care and the right choice of planting sites.
